WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• Damage as a result of accidents, collisions, impact, submersion, contact with foreign materials or continued use of product after a defect

has been found

• Cosmetic damage related to body parts

• Products which have been modified in any way from the standard specifications as shown in the Owner’s Manual

• Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear and tear, corrosion and routine maintenance, or lack of reasonable maintenance

• Normal maintenance parts including but not limited to spark plugs, brake pads, drive belts, air filters, clutch plates, oil and lubricants,

batteries, light bulbs and tires

• Damage from theft, fire, vandalism, explosion or water

• Improperly installed accessories, or use of parts or accessories, that are not approved by GVA Brands
