For non-warranty concerns or parts orders, feel free to contact the manufacturer of your product or another local dealer for assistance.  For tune-ups, adjustments of brakes, tube/tire repairs, etc. to electric bicycles, most reputable bicycle shops can assess and repair those concerns as they are standard parts on pedal bicycles as well, and most of those shops have transitioned to handling electric bicycles.
