For non-warranty concerns or parts orders, feel free to contact the manufacturer of your product or another local dealer for assistance. For adjustments of brakes, tube/tire repairs, etc. to electric bicycles, most reputable bicycle shops can assess and repair those concerns as they are standard parts on pedal bicycles as well.
